The owner, Jose DaSilva, attended the Wentworth Institute of Technology continuing education program graduating with a major in Construction Management. He gained a great deal of knowledge about print reading, design, and construction project management. Jose worked as the Project Manager at Harris/Nucor for over 23 years where he gained extensive knowledge about construction project management as well as Prodrafting, design and construction standards and procedures. While working at Harris/Nucor, Jose took part in building high-rises and bridges in the Boston area, managing multi-million dollar projects for corporations and municipalities.
The office manager, Sandra Silva, brings over 23 years of banking and finance experience to the company. She graduated with a BA in Business Management and an MBA in Marketing. Our project managers, sales representative, and crew members are experienced professionals, fully licensed, and insured. Our company culture ensures that all team members are focused on providing the best client services, maintaining safety protocols on job sites, and always conducting themselves in a professional manner and building trust with our clients.
